The food is the basis of our health. Every man, woman and child needs fresh and healthy food from four to six times per day every day. But only one of every twenty people can say that he or she has this. What about the other nineteen? Every one of them has some problems with their health and mostly with their weight.

This is the problem of our time and the reason is the food we eat. The hard work, the stress, the hectic life – all these things make us eat low quality food. For example, fast food – everyone knows it is not good for the health but everyone eats it. And then comes the other evil – the kilograms. Today’s people are heavier than they should be and this is a major problem.

If you want to start your weight loss now, do not wonder any more. Start now your new life. Find some diets, recipes for healthy food and some weight loss programs and start training and eating only the right things. By fitness training and the right diet you will achieve the goal of being happy and healthy.

The most important thing a person could have is his health. For many people it is very important how the body looks. But the priorities should be set correctly. Yes, it is nice when the body looks good, but it’s not bad to keep reminding ourselves that the beauty of the body comes out of one’s healthy body. No one looks good when he/she is sick. Especially if the person is burning in fever. It is so obvious – the body feels bad from the inside out, and it does look so. So what is good, what is healthy enough to help the body feels in its best shape? This is not hard at all; actually it’s much easier than it sounds. The body is such an amazing piece of art – it is able to regenerate, to restore itself form a hard labour or intensive periods of stress; to bear a physical load. The body just works like that. It is made in such a unique way, that basically whatever happens to the body it could survive.

So, it looks like it is doing pretty well as long as you don’t bother it. The big problem is that we do bother our bodies. We do this with the bad decisions we take, or just with the lack of understanding how to take a good care. There are 3 very fundamental things that actually create the basics of the good health condition. They are: the food, the physical activity and the environment. These 3 things are very much related to our daily life. None of them is to be ignored. There must be a plan that should combine all of them in such a way that they would not be an obstacle in each other’s way.

The way to the good health condition goes through the sport. This is a condition with huge importance. The human organism needs more to do, except the normal daily activities. It has a lot of energy stored, that needs to get out. It has a physical capacity that needs to be shown, to be unfolded. As for the food… Food could be a big obstacle in the way of physical activity. Do not eat at least 90min. before doing sport. The best you could do is to eat afterwards. Having food in the stomach really bothers the organism, first of all because instead of burning some calories, the stomach is forced to do the necessary to work out the food. Of course, the fresh fruits and vegetables are the best way to get the best for your body.

Summer care!

Yay! It’s summer, and it’s hot, and it’s nice! It’s time to hang out outdoor and it’s so cool to be with the close ones. There are some tips for the summer, because yes, it is the best time of the year, but the summer time requires some special care for the body. So stay smart! You could take these tips more seriously than usual.

Some of them you may have heard before, some – maybe not. But as I said you could take them seriously enough to spare yourself lots of troubles. This is promised! I want to get the darkest sun-ten ever!! – Well you can get one for a day, but only if you are trying to ruin your vacation.

Whatever type of skin you have the way to get a lasting, nice, dark sun-tan is, as follows.
Expose your skin under the sunlight every day for 20-30 min (not more!) for about 10 days. This is how you prepare your skin for the intense sunlight for the future vacation and the whole summer. During those 10 days don’t use any cream stuff, because the point is that you get a basic sun tan and your skin creates a natural shield from the sun – this also lowers the chances of you getting as red as a crab.

Drink enough water! The water has such a deep, amazing impact of the body. Drinking water keeps the blood pressure balanced, makes the skin looks fresh (no joke!), keeps the basic processes in the body going, helps the muscles work easily. After all we are 60-70% water, so be sure to drink at least 7-8 cups of water daily. So, do this and keep doing it and you will notice that your skin gets shiny, because it feels good.

Be sure that the sunglasses you wear have real UV protection, if they don’t – it would be better for your eyes if you throw them away. The eyes have better sun-defence than the fake sunglasses. If you spend a lot of time exposed to the sunlight, for the goodness of all the people you love – wear a hat! At least from time to time just to make sure you stay conscious. Even if you let’s say don’t like hats, or you hate hats, still – you don’t need to collapse, in order to wear a hat for an hour or so. Start taking care of the hair.

An important part of the health care during the sea-vacation or overall summer time is to make the body feel fit. In this case you would have to do something different than to lie down with hours as a corpse. Do yourself a favour and join as many different activities as you can find. There are many options, too many, so you can’t have an excuse – at least not a serious one.

You could play beach volleyball, table tennis, go swimming, jogging. Go ahead and climb the stairs at the hotel or the place where you stay! This counts as well. Eat a lot of fresh fruits as a whole meal – yes I mean separately! You will feel much better than you think you could during these hot, long, lazy days.

The summer will be carefree, wonderful, unforgettable time as long as you look and feel good from the inside out! So take the time to do not only this stuff, but also anything that you consider a positive impact for your body.
